* Figuresque Return Policy *

We stand behind our products & want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We won't be satisfied until you are satisfied. If - for any reason - you feel the need to return your item(s), you may return for merchandise credit, exchange, or refund.

Merchandise must be returned in the same new condition it was received with all tags in tact and without tears, odors (including smoke, perfumes, etc).

You may contact us here for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Important: When emailing us, please include your name, email address, order number, and reason for return/exchange in the form. We will then respond to you via email with your RA#. Packages sent without prior authorization, without an RA# written on the outside of the package, or not returned in a timely manner can be refused and returned at the buyer's expense. Figuresque is not responsible for orders returned for lack of an RA#.

Please use your own trackable shipping method, as Figuresque is not responsible for returns that are not received.

Our full policy is listed below for your review.

** Standard Purchase Returns **:

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number.  Packages sent without prior authorization, without an RA# written on the outside of the package, or not returned in a timely manner can be refused and returned at the buyer's expense. Please then return item(s) to us within 14 days of return authorization. Returns received after the 14-day timeframe will be issued a merchandise credit. Shipping on return merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer.

Important:  Please include a copy of your packing slip along with your full name, address, email address, and order number inside of the package. Please also write the RA# on the outside of the package.

When we receive your item we will contact you and give the credit/refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders which receive free shipping may be deducted actual s/h cost if returned. Please allow up to one full billing cycle (or 30 days) for returns to be processed. Please allow from 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to show on your credit card statement. 

** Standard Purchases Exchanges Only **:

Please follow the instructions above. If you are requesting an exchange, please advise us when you request a RA# so that the replacement item(s) can be held for you. We will ship the first exchange order at no cost to you. If you choose to exchange your replacement item(s) from your original request (a second exchange request for the same order), shipping will need to be paid by the buyer.

** Lingerie and Intimates **:

Due to health regulations, we are unable to accept returns on any intimate garments. Feel free to ask all questions prior to purchase.

** Sale and Clearance Merchandise **:

Exchanges or merchandise credit will be accepted for up to 14 days. No returns will be accepted on sale items.

Return Policy may be updated without prior notice.
