Merchandise must be returned in the same new (unworn, unwashed) condition it was received with all tags in tact and without tears, odors (including smoke, perfumes, etc).

To receive a Return Authorization number, please follow the following procedure:

1) Sign into your account online
2) Go to account overview and click "View My Order History"
3) Click to view your order and click the link "Need to return this product" for the product(s) you would like to exchange/return
4) Follow instructions and complete the form. You may include special instructions in the comments section, including what item(s) you will be choosing for an exchange. Once you complete the form, you will receive a generated RA#. Please record this number.
5) Once we receive your request, we will confirm your return approval via email.
6) After you receive approval, you may send back your return. Please put your RA# on the outside of your package.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. This can take up to 14 business days after arrival to our facility. It is then up to your credit card company to apply the credit to your card. Please remember that it may take your financial institution up to 30 days or one billing cycle from the date we issue your credit for it to post in your account.
